DecisionHR has expanded its go-to-market capabilities by adding a CRO and building out its sales leadership team. DecisionHR continues to thoughtfully implement AI in its processes.
In 2026, DecisionHR acquired Paymasters, a Minnesota-based PEO serving businesses across the Midwest. The acquisition expanded DecisionHR’s presence in the Upper Midwest and added talent and client relationships in an important growth region.
The transaction represents one step in a broader expansion effort as DecisionHR continues to grow its national footprint and deepen its ability to serve small- and mid-sized businesses across the country.
