In 2026, the company acquired Prime Care Technologies and Prime Cloud, adding managed IT, infrastructure and cloud capabilities while significantly expanding its presence in senior living and long-term care.
The acquisition extends DAS Health’s ability to support organizations ranging from independent and assisted living communities to large multi-site operators and advances the company’s strategy of bringing a broader range of healthcare technology services together under one accountable partner.
