Joe is a Senior Vice President on the Value Creation team at Coalesce, partnering with the DecisionHR and Workstreet management teams on growth and value creation initiatives. His path to Coalesce includes five years on the Growth Team at Serent Capital, focused on lower middle market software, followed by a role as Head of Growth at Duende Software.
He holds a BA in History, magna cum laude, from Boston College.
