Founded in 2013, ClearDefense has built a leading full-service residential pest control platform with 27 locations across 16 states. The Company provides a comprehensive suite of services, including general pest, mosquito, and termite control, and has achieved significant organic growth through a sophisticated, multi-channel customer acquisition engine. ClearDefense’s focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality sales and technician talent, alongside its commitment to customer service, has supported its continued expansion and established a strong foundation for long-term growth.
ClearDefense’s founders and management team will retain a meaningful equity interest in the Company and continue to lead the business in partnership with Coalesce.
