Richard is a Principal on the Value Creation team at Coalesce, partnering with the Miller Environmental Group and Pearl Meyer management teams on initiatives spanning go-to-market strategy, commercial team buildout, senior talent and integration. His background combines operating experience at two private equity-backed companies with six years at Boston Consulting Group and earlier investment banking experience at Deutsche Bank.
He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
